Property ManagementAs of 09/01/07, the GMHHOA property
is managed by CitiScape Property Management Group, LLC. Their official
Website is:
www.citiscapesf.com.
NOTE: When contacting the property management representative make sure that you reference the Goldmine Hill Homeowners Association (GMHHOA) and identify yourself as a resident in your message. IMPORTANT: After-hour calls to property management company and/or
the GMH office may result
in a charge, even if no work is done. Often, people think they are calling the
GMH business office, but in fact the GMH phone line is switched over to an
answering service after the office closes. The answering service then relays
your call to a representative who is hired by the property management
company to be on
call to fix emergency problems that are the responsibility of the Association
and not individual units.
